60oz of water MINIMUM
stay below calorie limit
No added sugar, only natural, including cream and sweeteners.
Workout

To stay motivated im doing exercise 4 days a week, including: walking, dance, HIIT, jump rope, etcWalking is 1 hour minimum, dance is at least 40 minutes, HIIT for 10 (until my stamina improves), jump rope for 20-30 minutes!
Other/rewards/motivation

Many rewards for completing different milestones for weight, fasting, streaks, etcfor every 5 lbs lost (and stay at or below that weight for at least 24 hours) Add one thing to a shein order that i get to buy at the desired goal!For every completed fast (3 days or more) add one thing to the grocery list, (vitamins, new brush, etc)
